Q: Which courses are eligible?
A: All Microsoft technical courses offered by GSAtrain are eligible for Microsoft Software Assurance voucher redemption. These vouchers apply to technical courses only and are not available for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) or other end-user classes. Microsoft Hands-on Labs, First Look Clinics and beta courses are also not eligible for assurance vouchers redemption.
Q: How much training does a voucher cover?
A: Classroom training days vary by product and number of licenses your company bought. Each voucher will indicate a specific number of training days. Typically, one voucher is good for one day of training.
Q: How long are vouchers valid?
A: Training vouchers typically expire with your Software Assurance coverage. If you create a training voucher before your Software Assurance coverage expires, the voucher remains valid for 180 days after the date it was created.
